Johnson, Sr., Senior Pastor of Eastern Star Church of Indianapolis, IN. As pastor of Eastern Star, one of the largest Black churches in Indiana, Pastor Johnson leads a ministry that shepherds over 10,000 members. In addition to weekly services, the Word of God and the love of Christ is shared through Eastern Star's JEWEL Ministry where "JEWEL" is an abbreviated version of the church motto: "Where Jesus is Exalted, And the Word is Explained." JEWEL Ministry is the Media ministry of Eastern Star Church which is comprised of Radio and Television, Audio, Video and Prayer Partner ministries. With all efforts combined, JEWELMinistry reaches more than one-million people throughout Indiana.

Exercise your faith by participating in the Souljah 3K (1.8 mile) Faith Run/Walk. There will be music, fun, prizes and great fellowship for all who participate. Consider running/walking in memory of a loved one. Consider running/walking in victory (or proclaimed victory) over a health crisis or personal struggle. Consider running/walking on behalf of another individual, organization, or group. Registration is $5 per participant and incudes a scripture-inscribed race bib for the event. Event t-shirts may also be purchased for $10 each. Participate in the individual or team competitive run/walk or join in the general run/walk event. Just get moving!
